4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies for basic site functionality and, where enabled, analytics/marketing cookies to understand usage and improve communications. You can control non‑essential cookies via your browser or any consent banner we provide.

5. Email marketing & automations

If you join the waitlist or subscribe, your email and name may be processed by our email service provider to send updates, onboarding, and offers. Each email includes an unsubscribe link. We may also tag subscribers to segment communications.

6. AI-Powered Features and Third-Party AI Services

MomentumHive uses third-party AI services (OpenAI) to power content generation features. When you use AI features:

• Data sent to OpenAI: Your prompts, inputs, and content submitted for AI generation are securely transmitted to OpenAI for processing.
• Purpose: To generate AI-based content responses and improve the AI models where permitted by OpenAI's policies.
• Anonymous usage: OpenAI may use anonymized data for model improvement. No personal data is intentionally shared beyond what you voluntarily submit.
• No resale: We do not sell your personal information or AI-generated content to third parties.
• Your rights: You have the right to request deletion of your data. Contact us at support@momentumhive.app.

7. Sharing your data

We share data with trusted service providers acting as processors (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery, AI services) bound by contracts to protect your data and process it only according to our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

8. International transfers

Some providers may be located outside the EEA. Where applicable, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and additional measures to protect your data.

9. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above—e.g., while you remain subscribed or have an active account—unless a longer period is required by law. We periodically review and delete or anonymize data that is no longer needed.
